Abstract:

Arbitration activity is an economic activity that is important to ensure development in rural areas. The quality of the produced honey is effective in the formation of the mark of the honey in that area. The region is a geographical area with the appropriate conditions for purification. This article aims to explore the form of production of agriculture, which is an important agricultural activity for rural development, in the Refahiye district, the socio-economic contribution it provides to the district. A semi-configured ethnographic interview with 14 people engaged in the boutique craftsmanship activity in the district of Refahiye was carried out, which is a qualitative interview on the way the honey is produced. It is seen that the honey produced in the district with intense work occurred in the district with its own peculiar cabbage, the flowers of the cabbage, using its plants, the production of the cabbage occurred. As a result of the negotiations, the economic conditions and social opportunities in the last few years have been reduced, and it has been found that the corporation of honey in the district will be a positive contribution to the socio-economic perspective. But the potential is far below. Individuals often deal with retirement after retirement or as a second job. They prefered boutique barbecue because they had to be in a small amount of production. There has not been a corporate structure that will turn into a full-time job, which will document, market and mark quality honey. Manufacturers sell their products through their relatives. Agricultural support is recommended to move mainly from visible input to invisible values to support the corporate structure.
