Bu makale Gazi Mustafa Kemal Atatürk’ün 17 Kasım 1930 – 6 Ocak 1931 ve 26 Ocak 1931 – 2 Mart 1931 tarihleri arasında gerçekleştirmiş olduğu yurt gezisi ve bu gezide alınan notların ülke politikasına etkilerini ele almaktadır. Geziyi önemli kılan gerçekleşmiş olduğu dönemdir. Gezi 1929 Dünya Ekonomik Buhranı ve Serbest Cumhuriyet Fırkası demesi sonrası meydana gelmiştir. Gezi sırasında Menemen Olayı’nın yaşanması da geziye ayrıca bir önem katmıştır. Gezi sırasında Atatürk geniş halk kitleleriyle görüşmüş, vatandaşların sorunlarını tespit etmiştir. Gezi sırasında alınan notlar bir rapor halinde Başbakanlık ve ilgili bakanlıklara sunulmuştur. Gezi notları 1931 CHF Üçüncü Kongresinde kabul edilen parti programına da büyük oranla yansımıştır. Gezi sonrası ‘Devletçilik’ ve ‘Tek Parti’ yönetiminin kurulduğu görülmektedir.
This article discusses Gazi Mustafa Kemal Atatürk’s domestic trip between November 17, 1930 – January 6, 1931 and January 26, 1931 – March 2, 1931 and the effects of the notes taken on this trip on the country’s policy. It is the time when the journey is important. The tour took place in 1929 after the World Economic Boulevard and the Free Republic's Boulevard. The event during the trip also added an importance to the journey. At the time of the trip, Atatürk met with large public crowds, identified the problems of citizens. The notes received during the trip were submitted in a report to the Prime Minister and the relevant ministries. The tour notes also greatly reflected the party program adopted in the 1931 CHF Third Congress. After the trip, the "Government" and the "One Party" leadership were established.
