So many results that aren't mine?

Abstract:

Bu çalışmanın temel amacı, iş-aile çatışmasının psikolojik performans üzerindeki etkisinde işe yabancılaşma ve pozitif psikolojik sermayenin aracı rolünü belirlemektedir. Bu amaç doğrultusunda, araştırmaya katılan 339 akademisyenden elde edilen verilerle analizler yapılmıştır. Araştırma sonuçlarına göre, iş-aile çatışmasının psikolojik performans üzerinde anlamlı bir etkisi vardır. Ayrıca, işe yabancılaşma ve pozitif psikolojik sermaye, iş-aile çatışmasının psikolojik performans üzerindeki etkisinde aracı role sahiptir.
