So many results that aren't mine?

Örgüt Kültürünün Örgütsel Sinizme Etkisi: Karacabey İlçesi Gıda Sektörü Üzerine Uygulama

Abstract:

Araştırmanın amacı örgüt kültürünün örgütsel sinizme etkisini incelemektir. Veri elde etmek amacıyla çalışmaya katılanlarla yüz yüze anket yapılmıştır. Bu doğrultuda Bursa ilinin Karacabey ilçesi içerisinde gıda sektöründeki 5 firma çalışmanın evreni, bu firmaların herhangi bir biriminde çalışan toplam 117 kişi rastgele seçilerek çalışmanın örneklemini oluşturmuştur. Ancak 7 ankette eksik veya yanlış bilgi olduğu için çalışmaya 110 anket dahil edilmiştir. Çalışmanın sonucunda örgüt kültürü ile örgütsel sinizm arasında negatif bir ilişki olduğu görülmüştür. Bununla beraber örgüt kültürü alt boyutlarından güç kültürü ve başarı kültürü örgütsel sinizmi açıklamada anlamlı katkı sağladığı ancak destek kültürü ve hiyerarşi kültürünün anlamlı katkı sağlamadığı tespit edilmiştir. Ayrıca örgütsel sinizm ile güç kültürü arasında pozitif bir ilişki, başarı kültürüyle negatif bir ilişkide olduğu saptanmıştır.

Abstract:

The purpose of the study is to study the organizational influence of organizational culture. Faced-to-face surveys were made with the participants to get data. In this direction, the universe of 5 companies working in the food industry within the district of Karacabey of the province of Bursa, a total of 117 people working in any unit of these companies have been randomly selected and formed the sample of the work. However, in 7 surveys there were missing or incorrect information, 110 surveys were included in the study. The study found that there was a negative relationship between organizational culture and organizational sinism. However, organizational culture has been found that power culture and success culture from the subdimensions have made a significant contribution to the organization sinism, but support culture and hierarchy culture have made a significant contribution. It has also been found that a positive relationship between organizational cynism and power culture is in a negative relationship with success culture.
