Abstract:

Semira Hâşıkcî, which is opening the door to women in Saudi Arabia to come to the forefront in social and cultural terms, is undoubtedly one of the pioneers of literary works in the country. In addition to his religious and educational importance, he has been educated abroad because of the lack of educational possibilities in Semira’s youth, a member of the Hâşıkcî family, who is from respected and rooted families known for his education. Being aware of her responsibilities and responsibilities for her country’s development, she has fought with her power as an intellectual female writer, who is interested in sharing her knowledge and knowledge on both national and international platforms. He tried to raise awareness of the people by making assessments on various issues for the development of society, signing some liberal projects. His work, Vedda'tu emâlî, published in 1960, passed into literary history as the first novel to be written by a Suudlu woman writer, turning the idea that literature is in the single of male writers. Many Saudi women have also contributed to social and literary activities by taking inspiration and courage from him. In this work, the life of Semira Hâşıkcî will be discussed, and the literary and cultural activities will be discussed and lastly the main works that he has been painted will be kept light.
