Abstract:

Bu çalışmanın genel amacı ilköğretim 5.sınıf Türkçe Dersi Öğretim Programının (TDÖP) problem çözme ve karar verme becerilerini kazandırmadaki etkililik düzeylerine ilişkin öğrenci görüşlerini belirlemektir. Tarama tipindeki araştırmada, Diyarbakır ilinde yeni programın uygulandığı beş pilot ilköğretim okulunda öğrenim gören 600 beşinci sınıf öğrencisinin Türkçe Dersi Öğretim Programına ilişkin görüşleri alınmıştır. Üçlü likert tipi bir ölçekle elde edilen veriler, aritmetik ortalama ve standart sapma değerleri kullanılarak analiz edilmiştir. Çalışmada yeni TDÖP\'ün problem çözme ve karar verme becerilerini kazandırmada öğrenciler tarafından etkili bulunduğu belirlenmiştir.

Abstract:

The main aim of this study is to determine the opinions of primary school students about the effectiveness of the 5th Grade Turkish Language Education Curriculum in terms of gaining problem solving and decision making skills. In this descriptive study, 600 fifth grade students enrolled in five pilot primary school in Diyarbakır city were asked to rate their ideas about the new Turkish Language Education curriculum. Data obtained with a three-point Likert style scale were analyzed by using mean scores and standard deviation. With the study, it was estimated that the students found new Turkish Language Education curricula to be effective in developing problem solving and decision making skills.
