The aim of this study is to develop a reliable and valid scale for pedagogical literacy. 5 point Likert-type scale designed, high school teachers working in Gaziantep (N = 250) were applied. SPSS-16 version was used for analysis. The Cronbach-alpha internal consistency coefficient was 0.92, with 3 sub-factors and 31 items were found to be. Values of factor loadings of the factor items ranged between 0.50 and 0.90. As a result of scale, in terms of reliability and validity tests can be said to be reliable. This scale can be used in the work of teachers’ pedagogical literacy is recommended
