Abstract:

Purpose: Culture is a concept defined as a whole of shared values and covers all processes in the enterprise. The culture of each business differs from the other business. From the management point of view, the organization culture that the business possesses takes into account all the forms and processes of doing business, and the management culture, along with the human element, which is one of the production factors, changes the perspective on the business basis. In the study, an application was made in the Afyon or marble industry to reveal the impact of the management culture on the security climate. Together with the organization culture, the business’s approach to employment reveals the connection between the business’s management style and the importance it shows to the employee’s health and safety. Design/Method: A survey from the Quinn&Cameron Culture Scale, which consists of 16 expressions to measure the culture of social governance in the study, Turen for the security climate, etc. The safety climate scale, which consists of 14 expressions of 2014, has been used. Validity and reliability tests have been conducted to ensure structural validity of the scales. After the data was entered into the SPSS 16.0 package program, the SPSS also conducted confidence analysis and developer factor analysis, and the structural equality modeling was carried out in the AMOS 19 program to determine the effects of data on each other. Results: Corporate governance cultures have an impact on the security climate. Original Value: The study has studied management culture as an element that affects the security climate.
