So many results that aren't mine?
References in many bibliographies are sometimes referred to as "Surname, I", so the citations of academics whose Surname and initials are the same may occasionally interfere. This problem is often the case with citation indexes all over the world.

Abstract:

Effects of 6 Week Pliometric Training on Some Selected Motoric Features in Women's Volleyballers Between 10-14 Years
2020

Abstract:

This study was carried out to determine the effect of pliometric training on motor properties such as standing long jumping, vertical jumping, 30 seconds kicking, 30 seconds sprinting, 30 meters sprinting, hand capability, leg (back) strength and flexibility measurement. The study included a total of 36 high school students in Turkey (Elazığ) who regularly performed sports in the volley industry. Participants were involved in the research in accordance with the principle of volunteering. The average weight of the 36 students in this sample group was 52.067±11.574 kg, the length of 157.11±9.164 cm, and the age of 13.06±1.162. These athletes, in addition to regular volleyball exercises, have been applied a plyometric training program three times a week for 6 weeks. After the normality test was performed for data analysis, the Paired Samples t test was used. At the end of the study, a significant difference was found in standing long jumping, vertical jumping, 30 seconds snoring, 30 seconds sprinting, 30 meters sprinting, hand-shaking strength (right) and flexibility values (p<0.05). Pliometric training has been determined to develop some motor characteristics in volleyballers, it has not affected the strengths of the arm (left) and leg (back). In the context of these findings, athletes, coaches and sports managers have been suggested that they can contribute to the development of volley athletes by incorporating their pliometric training programs into volley training programs. Furthermore, it is believed that the future research will contribute to the literature on this subject by studying and evaluating the effects of plyometric anterman programs from the point of view of the athletes of other sports branches.
