Sosyolojide dil ve kültür iki önemli kavramdır. İnsanlar söyleyeceklerini ifade ederken en çok dili kullanır. Kültür ise bir toplumun sosyal etkileşim yoluyla elde ettiği yaşam tarzını ifade eder. Dil ile kültür arasında sıkı bir ilişki vardır. Dil kültürü nesillerden nesile aktaran bir taşıyıcı vazifesi görür. Hem kültür hem de dil her zaman değişen, gelişen ve birbirini etkileyen adeta organik olarak yaşayan sosyolojinin temel iki konusudur. Attilâ İlhan 1925-2005 yıllarında yaşamış roman, şiir ve dizi senaryoları yazmıştır. Yazar bunun yanında anı/deneme/söyleşi türünde eserlere de imza atmıştır. Uzun yıllar Avrupa’da yaşayan ve Türkiye’de yaşanan sosyal değişimin bizzat şahidi olan yazar sanat, kültür, siyaset, aydın meseleleri hakkında fikirler üretmiş ve bunları kaleme almıştır. Dil ve kültür ilişkisini ulusalcılık temelinde ele alan yazara göre yarım kalan Atatürk devrimlerini tamamlamanın yolu ulusal bir kültür sentezi yaratmaktan geçmektedir. Bu sentez tüm toplumların ihtiyaç duyduğu ve Batı’nın kurmayı başarabildiği bir sentezdir. Ancak taklitçilikten uzak ve özünü terk etmeyen ulusalcı bir anlayış bu sentezi kurabilir. Bu makalede bir Türk aydını olarak kabul edilen Attilâ İlhan’ın ulusçu bir anlayışla dil ve kültür kavramlarını nasıl ele aldığı tespit edilmeye çalışılacaktır. Ayrıca Attilâ İlhan’ın tez antitez ve sentez yoluyla elde ettiği “kültür bileşimi” kavramı eserleri çerçevesinde tartışılacaktır.
Language and culture are two important concepts in sociology. People use the most language when expressing what they say. Culture represents the way of life a society achieves through social interaction. There is a close relationship between language and culture. The language culture sees a carrier role that translates from generations to generations. Both culture and language are the two basic subjects of sociology that always changes, develops and affects each other. Attilâ Ilhan wrote novels, poems and series scenarios he lived in the years 1925-2005. The writer has also signed the words of the signing. The writer, who has lived in Europe for many years and is a personally witness to the social change in Turkey, has produced ideas about art, culture, politics, clear issues and has taken them into mind. According to the writer who discussed the language and culture relationship on the basis of nationalism, the way to complete the remaining half of the Atatürk revolutions is by creating a national culture synthesis. This synthesis is a synthesis that all societies need and that the West can succeed in building. But a nationalistic understanding that is far from imitation and does not leave its essence can create this synthesis. In this article, we will try to identify how Attila Ilhan, which is considered a Turkish scientist, addressed the concepts of language and culture with a national understanding. It will also be discussed in the framework of the works of the concept of "cultural composition" which Attila Ilhan's thesis obtained through antites and synthesis.
