Abstract:

Increased globalization and competition, increased need for innovation and change in organizations, increased efficiency, the need for learning organization creation, increased importance of organizational communication, cooperation and confidence have revealed the importance of the concept of staff strengthening. Strengthening is defined as providing opportunities for employees to make decisions on their work and providing an environment in which they can take responsibility for their own activities. Staff strengthening is the most fundamental component of organizational and administrative activity. The quality and efficiency of the health care services offered in health organizations will be enhanced to enhanced staff. Strengthening nurses with important roles and responsibilities in health organizations is known to have many positive contributions to personal, corporate and patient care.
