ADLİYE ÇALIŞANLARININ ALGILANAN ÖRGÜTSEL STRES VE İŞ DOYUMU İLİŞKİSİ

Bu çalışmada, İstanbul Anadolu Adliyesi çalışanlarının örgütsel stres düzeylerinin ve iş doyumlarının bazı sosyodemografik değişkenlere göre ilişkisini incelemek ve çalışanların örgütsel stres düzeylerini azaltıcı, iş doyumlarını artırıcı sosyal hizmet müdahaleleri, çeşitli politikalar ve öneriler geliştirilmesi amaçlanmıştır. Araştırma kapsamında, 281 adliye çalışandan elde edilen verilerin analizi sonucunda, toplam iş doyumu alt ölçeği ile iş stresi (r= -.57; p<0,01) arasında negatif ilişki bulunmuştur. Araştırmanın bir diğer bulgusu ise algılanan iş stresi düzeyi ile içsel doyum arasında negatif, dışsal doyum ve toplam doyum düzeyleri arasında ise pozitif ilişki görülmüştür. Bir başka ifade ile toplam iş tatmini arttıkça stres azalmakta; içsel doyum arttıkça genel iş doyumu ve dışsal doyum da artmakta, iş stresi ise azalmaktadır. Bu araştırma, adliyede çalışanlara yönelik örgütsel stres düzeyi ile iş doyumu ilişkisini ortaya koyan ilk araştırma olması bakımından önem arz etmektedir.

Abstract:

In this study, the aim of the Istanbul Anadolu Court staff is to study the relationship between the organizational stress levels and work satisfaction according to some sociodemographic variables and the development of social services interventions, various policies and recommendations that reduce the organizational stress levels of employees, increasing work satisfaction. According to the study, the analysis of the data obtained from 281 legal employees found a negative relationship between the low scale of total work satisfaction and work stress (r= -.57; p<0,01) The study found a positive relationship between the negative level of work stress and internal contentment, the external contentment and the total contentment. In other words, as the total work satisfaction increases, the stress decreases; as the internal satisfaction increases, the overall work satisfaction and the external satisfaction increases, and the work stress decreases. This research is important in terms of being the first research that reveals the relationship between the organizational stress level and work satisfaction to the staff in court.

As a result of the analysis of the data obtained from 281 judicial staff, a negative correlation was found between total job satisfaction subscale and job stress (r = -.57; p <0.01).Another finding of the study was negative correlation between perceived job stress level and internal satisfaction, and positive correlation between external satisfaction and total satisfaction levels. In other words, as total job satisfaction increases, stress decreases; As internal satisfaction increases, general job satisfaction and external satisfaction increase, and work stress decreases. This research is important in terms of being the first study that shows the relationship between organizational stress level and job satisfaction for the judiciary employees.
