Abstract:

Günümüzün rekabet ortamında firmalar için avantaj sağlayacak unsurlar enerjiyi etkin kullanmak ve üretim miktarını arttırmaktır. Firmalar ekipler toplamakta, bu ekipler ile enerji tasarrufu, çevresel gelişimler ve üretim arttırıcı çalışmalar yapmaktadırlar. Hükümetler AR-GE çalışmaları için teşvikler vermekte, hatta finansman desteği sağlamaktadırlar. Rakip firmalar ile rekabet edebilmek amacıyla enerji tasarrufu sağlamak ve üretimi arttırabilmek için firmalar, çok farklı durumları gözden geçirmek ve davranış değişikliği sergilemek zorundadırlar. Bu konu o kadar önemli hale gelmiştir ki bazen hatların kuruluşundaki çalışma prensiplerini bile değiştirmek zorunda kaldıkları olmaktadır. Bu çalışmada Sürekli Tavlama Hatlarında (STH) kullanılan matematiksel model yerine operatörlerin kendi geliştirdiği pratiklerden enerji tasarrufuna ve üretim artışına en uygun olanlarının seçilerek yapay sinir ağı (YSA) ile modellenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Bu sayede operatörlerin görevini yerine getirebilecek ve enerji tasarrufunu arttırabilecek bir sistem geliştirilmesine çalışılmıştır. Uygulamalarda standart sağlanarak üretim harici ürün sayısının azaltılması ve dolayısıyla üretim artışı sağlanması amaçlanmıştır.

Abstract:

In today’s competitive environment, the elements that will benefit companies are to efficiently use energy and increase the amount of production. Companies gather teams, with these teams they do energy savings, environmental development and production enhancement work. Governments provide incentives for AR-GE work, and even provide funding support. In order to ensure energy savings and increase production in order to be able to compete with competing companies, companies have to review very different situations and show behavior changes. This topic has become so important that sometimes the lines have to even change the working principles in their organization. In this study, the aim of the mathematical model used in the Continuous Sweating Lines (STH) is to model with the artificial nerve network (YSA) by selecting the most suitable for energy savings and production increase from the practices developed by the operators themselves. This has led to the development of a system that will be able to fulfill operators’ tasks and increase energy savings. The aim of the application is to reduce the number of external products produced by providing standards and therefore to ensure increased production.

Governments provide incentives for AR-GE work and even funding support. In order to save energy and compete with rival companies, companies have to observe very different situations and change behavior. Sometimes this has become very important, so it was forced to change even the working principles of the established discipline. This has become very important; even so sometimes, they are forced to change the company's working principles of establishment. In this study, using YSA instead of the mathematical model used in the Continuous Annealing Line (STH), it was aimed to modeling the most suitable ones for the energy saving and production increase from the practices developed by the operators. In this way, it has been developed a system to perform their tasks instead of operators and increase energy savings. By providing standards in applications, it is aimed to reduce the number of non-tolerance products and thus to increase production.
