Sosyal devletin faaliyet alanları modernleşmenin ortaya çıkardığı pek çok toplumsal sorunla birlikte artmaktadır. İnsanların yalnızlaşması, bağımlılık türlerinin artması, aileye karşı birey odaklı yaşam biçimlerinin tercih edilmesi gibi nedenlerle devletlerin sosyal görevleri (huzurevi, çocuk ve engelli bakım kuruluşları açma vb) artmaktadır. Bahsedilen kurumlarda kalan dezavantajlı kesimlerin hem ihtiyaçlarının karşılanması hem onların sosyalleşme imkânlarının sağlanması için çeşitli alışkanlıkların ve meşguliyet alanlarının geliştirilmesi gerekmektedir. Söz konusu meşguliyet alanlarından biri spordur. Sporun Türkiye’de kurumsal bakım ve rehabilitasyon sürecindeki rolünün incelendiği bu çalışmada aynı zamanda da bu konu sadece devletin geliştirebileceği bir alan olarak değil, devlet ve sivil toplum kuruluşu işbirliği içerisinde geliştirilebileceğine bir örnek sunularak anlatılmıştır. Bu kapsamda Türkiye’de kurumsal bakım ve rehabilitasyon konusunun sorumlu kamu otoritesi Aile, Çalışma ve Sosyal Hizmetler Bakanlığı ile Aile ve Sosyal Politikalar Gençlik ve Spor Kulübü’nün işbirliği sürecinde gerçekleştirilenler incelenmiş, benzer girişimlerin çoğaltılabilmesi için çeşitli önerilerle çalışma sonlandırılmıştır.
The social state’s fields of activity are increasing along with many social problems arising from modernization. For reasons such as the loneliness of people, the increase in types of addiction, the preference of individual-focused ways of life against the family, the social responsibilities of the states (peace, the opening of children and disabled care institutions, etc.) are increasing. The disadvantaged sections remaining in the aforementioned institutions need to be developed different habits and fields of occupation to meet both their needs and provide their opportunities for socialization. One of the areas of activity is sport. In this study, the role of sport in the process of corporate care and rehabilitation in Turkey is studied, it is also stated by presenting an example that this issue can be developed not only as a field that the state can develop, but in cooperation with the state and civil society organization. In this context, the public authority responsible for the subject of corporate care and rehabilitation in Turkey, the Ministry of Family, Work and Social Services and the Family and Social Policy Youth and Sports Club's cooperation processes have been examined, the work has been completed with various recommendations for the reproduction of similar initiatives.
The fields of activity of the social state are increasing with many communal problems brought about by modernization. In order to meet the needs of disadvantaged groups in these institutions and to provide opportunities for their socialization a variety of habits and occupations should be developed. One of these occupations is sport. Turkey's role in the process of care and rehabilitation of sport in the enterprise is examined in this study, we also can develop this topic is just not as an area of the State, Government and non-governmental organizations could be developed in cooperation with a example by offering. In this context, Turkey is responsible for the issue of corporate care and rehabilitation in public authority, Ministry of Family, Labour and Social Services, a non-governmental organization, the family and social policy, youth and sports club is in the process of cooperation. They carried out similar initiatives have been examined, it can be replicated for various recommendations of work was completed.
