Ulusal ve uluslararası ticaret hacminin artmasıyla ülkelerin bazı kentlerinde sanayi sektörü gelişme göstermiştir. Bu gelişim sonucu, istihdam ve yaşam kalitesi gibi etkenlerden dolayı kişiler veya toplumlar bu kentlere göç etmişlerdir. Bu, kentlerde nüfus artışına neden olmuştur. Nüfus artışı da, göç eden insanların veya toplumların taleplerinin(gıda, barınma vb.)karşılanabilmesi için kentlerdeki lojistik faaliyetlerin artışını tetiklemiştir. Artan lojistik faaliyetler, kentlerde trafik yoğunluğu ve çevre kirliliği yaratmıştır. Tüm bu gelişmeler kentsel lojistik ve lojistik köy kavramlarını gündeme getirmiştir. Bu çalışmada, toplam 349 katılımcıya anket uygulandı. Ankette, Sinop ve Samsun illerindeki lojistik sektör paydaşlarının çalışanlarından oluşan katılımcılara; “Lojistik köy şehir içi trafiğini rahatlatacaktır.” ve “Lojistik köy şehrin hava kirliğini azaltacaktır.” gibi sorular yöneltildi. Çalışmada; elde edilen veriler SPSS 16.00 istatistik programında; güvenilirlik analizi, frekans dağılımı ve çapraz tablo yöntemleri kullanılarak, Tekkeköy’deki lojistik köyün, bölgenin yaşanabilirliği ile ilgili sektör paydaşlarının görüşlerinin alınması amaçlanmıştır.
With the increase in the volume of national and international trade, the industrial sector in some cities of the countries has shown development. As a result of this development, people or communities have migrated to these cities due to factors such as employment and quality of life. This has led to a population increase in the cities. The growth of the population, as well as the demands of migrants or communities (food, housing, etc.)It has increased the logistics activities in the cities to be able to meet. Increased logistics activities have created traffic intensity and environmental pollution in cities. All of these developments have led to the urban logistics and logistics villages concepts. In this study, a total of 349 participants were surveyed. To the participants consisting of employees of the logistics sector stakeholders in the Sinop and Samsun provinces; "Logistics village will relieve urban traffic." and "Logistics Village will reduce the air pollution of the city." Questions were addressed. In the study; the data obtained in the SPSS 16.00 statistical program; using reliability analysis, frequency distribution and cross-table methods, the logistics village in Tekkeköy, the area’s sustainability sector stakeholders’ opinions are taken.

In this study, a questionnaire was applied to a total of 349 participants. In the questionnaire, participants from the logistics sector stakeholders in Sinop and Samsun are included; The questions such as "Logistics center will relieve urban traffic" and "Logistics center will reduce air pollution in the city." In the SPSS 16.00 statistical program, reliability analysis, frequency distribution and cross-tabulation methods, it is aimed to take the views of the sector stakeholders related to the livability of the center in Tekkeköy.
