Engelli Çocuğa Sahip Bireylerin Kişilik Özelliklerinin Depresyon ve Stres Üzerindeki Etkisinin İncelenmesi

Abstract:

Bu araştırmanın amacı, engelli çocuğa sahip bireylerin kişilik özellikleri iledepresyon ve stres arasındaki ilişkiyi incelemektir. Katılımcılar, İstanbul ilinde bulunan özel eğitim ve rehabilitasyon merkezlerinde çocukları eğitim alan 320 anne-baba oluşmaktadır. Katılımcılara demografik bilgi formu, Beş Faktör Kişilik Envanteri, CES Depresyon Ölçeği ve Stres Ölçekleri uygulanmıştır. Elde edilen veriler SPSS (Statistical Package For Social Sciences) for Windows 22.0 istatistik programı kullanılarak analiz edilmiş ve verilerin analizinde, Cronbach Alpha veGutman Güvenilirlik Analizleri ve çoklu ve hiyerarşik Regresyon analizi kullanılmıştır. Elde edilen sonuçlara göre engelli çocuğa sahip ailelerin kişilik özelliklerinin toplam puanlarının depresyon düzeyini anlamlı düzeyde yordadığı , F (8, 518)=6,839, p <.01 ve varyansın yüzde % 9 unu ve stres toplam puanlarını anlamlı düzeyde yordadığı, F (7, 428)=6,839, p <.01 ve varyansın yüzde % ,117 oranında açıkladığı görülmektedir.

Abstract:

The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between stress and the personality traits of individuals with disabilities Children. Participants consist of 320 parents who trained children in special education and rehabilitation centers in Istanbul. Participants included demographic information form, Five Factor Personality Inventory, CES Depression Scale and Stress Scales. The obtained data were analyzed using SPSS (Statistical PackageForSocialSciences) for Windows 22.0 statistical program and Cronbach Alpha and Guidance Reliability Analyzes and multiple and hierarchical regression analysis were used in the analysis of data. F (8, 518) = 6,839, p <.01, and 9% of variance were significant predictors of depression level and total stress scores of the parents with disabilities ) = 6,839, p <.01 and percent variance by 117%.
