Abstract:

Athletes, their coaches, they just do not think that is running as a person. Athletes and coaches with each other , communicate with understanding and acceptance,and both expect to keep it up.The purpose of this study, the Coach - Athlete Relationship Questionnaire major category is to test the validity and reliability of the Turkish wrestling athletes.Jowett and Ntoumanis developed by 22-article 7-point likert coach-athlete relationship scale in Turkey wrestling athletes has been applied by researchers. Tested the validity and reliability of the scale , questions inconsistent with the help of question analysis and factor analysis were removed . The scale was reduced to three subscales.Thescale, with three sub-dimensions (compatible work, and communication with each other in the direction of the target to be able to provide communication, emotional and trust) has taken its final form 19-item.Factor analysis is the outcome of a three-dimensional total variance %.81,6 as described.The obtained load factor of 0.51 and 0.85 between the values calculated.Factors, the Cronbach's Alpha reliability coefficient for three dimensions, respectively, 0.97, 0.94, 0.93 reliable values.In conclusion, the ASI scale is adequate validity and reliability in Turkey and made for athletes in major categories can be said to be used in similar research.
