Tükenmişlik özellikle, insanlarla birebir iletişim gerektiren meslek gruplarında çalışanlarda görülen, mesleğin doğası gereği yaşanan stresle başa çıkamama sonucunda gözlenen fizyolojik ve duygusal alanlarda hissedilen bir tükenme durumdur. Öğretmenler, toplumun eğitimini üstlenen bu yönüyle ülkelerin geleceği açısından çok önemli etkiler yaratan meslek grubudur. Özellikle okul öncesi dönem öğretmenleri çocukların ruhsal ve sosyal gelişimlerine destek sağlarlar. Okul öncesi öğretmenlerin meslekten tükenmişlik yaşanmaları, öğrencilerin gelişimleri üzerinde olumsuz etkiler yapmaktadır. Psikolojik yılmazlık ise önemli bir zorlukla karşılaşılması durumunda, uyum gösterilmeyle sonuçlanan dinamik bir süreçtir. Bu çalışmanın amacı, tükenmişlik sendromu ve psikolojik yılmazlığa etki eden faktörleri incelemek ve bu iki kavramın ilişkisini araştırmaktır. Çalışmaya 200 kişi katılmış olup veriler, Sosyo Demografik Veri Formu, Maslach Tükenmişlik Envanteri ve Psikolojik Yılmazlık Ölçeği ile toplanmıştır. Verilerin değerlendirilmesinde, Mann Whiney U ve Sperman sıra korelasyon analizi kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın verilerin analizi sonucunda bağımsız değişkenlerden mesleği sevme, meslektaş ve yönetim desteğinin tükenmişlik ve psikolojik yılmazlık ölçeklerinin bazı alt boyutları ile anlamlı ilişkiler gösterdiği saptanmıştır. Psikolojik yılmazlık ve tükenmişlik puanlarının ilişkisine bakıldığında güçlü olma ile tükenmişlik alt ölçeklerinin tümü ile girişimci olmanın duyarsızlaşma ile amaca ulaşmanın tükenmişliğin tüm alt ölçekleri ile lider olmanın tükenmişlik puanlarından duygusal tükenme ve kişisel başarı ile negatif yönlü korelasyonlar gösterdiği belirlenmiştir. İyimser olma ile kişisel başarı azlığı arasında, iletişim kurma ile duygusal tükenme, duyarsızlaşma ve kişisel başarı azlığı arasında, araştırmacı olma ile duygusal tükenme arasında ve tükenmişlik alt ölçeklerinin kendi aralarında pozitif yönlü korelasyonlar gösterdiği tespit edilmiştir.

Burnout is a physiological and emotional condition resulting from inability to cope with stress in people having jobs requiring one to one communication. Teachers shoulder the responsibility for education of society, which has a great impact on the future of countries. All teachers, especially preschool teachers provide support for psychological and social developments of children. Burnout in preschool teachers can have a negative effect on development of children. The main purpose of this research is observing factors that effect burnout syndrome and physiological resilience, and observing relations between these concept. 200 people joined this study, data is gathered by social demographic data form, Maslach burnout inventory and Resilience scale. Evaluation of data, Mann Whiney U and Spearman's correlation analysis is used. According to research data analysis independent variables; career affection, colleagues and management's support show meaningful differences between low dimensions of burnout and physiological resilience scale. When physiological resilience and burnout syndrome points relations are observed; being powerful with burnout syndrome subscales, entrepreneurship with emotional exhaustion, achieving goal with all of the burnout subscales. Leadership with burnout points, emotional exhaustion and low personal accomplishment show negative correlations. Being optimist with low personal accomplishment, communications with emotional exhaustion, depersonalization with low personal accomplishment, being observative with emotional exhaustion and subscales of burnout syndrome show positive correlations between each other.
