So many results that aren't mine?
References in many bibliographies are sometimes referred to as "Surname, I", so the citations of academics whose Surname and initials are the same may occasionally interfere. This problem is often the case with citation indexes all over the world.

Türkiye Selçuklularında Dış Ticaret
2014

Abstract:

Abstract:

As it is known the word “Ticaret” (ticara) (trade) is an infinitive from “t-c-r” root and it was transferred from Aramaic language to Arabian. Business which is done by buying a good at cheap price and selling at expensive price in order to have profit from the difference is called trade. Trade has had – as it has today – a great importance in the world history. In fact, Phoenicians and Sogdians who stand out with their tradesman personality and skill in trade is an example in making living on trade and the level of welfare they have in hand. Like other nations, Turks have been closely interested in trade. Mete (209-174 BC), the khan of Great Hun Empire, did business with China and also signed commercial contracts. Gokturks who are successors of Hun Turks fought with Sasanians in order to rule over “Silk Road”. Gokturk Khan İstemi Yabgu (552-576) reached the desired aim by conquering Western Turkistan cities. Gokturks made alliance with the Byzantines in order to get rid of Sasanians in ruling over Silk Road. “The primary aim of Turkish states is to make people within boundaries in ultimate welfare, without discriminating any race and religion.” This basic princi-ple and commerical tradition mentioned above was also adopted by Turkish Sel-juk’s. The State of Turkish Seljuk’s pursued systematical politics in commercial issues apart from in political, cultural, scientific, religious policies.
