Abstract:

In recent years, along with the advances of technology and science, a rapid change and development has been seen in the field of medical applications. These developments, on the one hand, solve many health problems and on the other hand, influence the values of society and cause ethical problems to occur. Moreover, ethical problems can lead to an intense experience of ethical doubts and that health professionals are at times in conflict with moral values. The ethical doubts, experienced, are faced in every area that affects women’s health and can negatively affect women’s health as a result of ethical violations. The duty of health care professionals is to prevent ethical violations in health care of women who are already in disadvantaged conditions in all areas. In this context, all women’s health professionals must be aware of the ethical rules and comply with the ethical rules. It is important that healthcare professionals know the ethical issues in the field of women’s health and the laws that concern women’s health in order to be able to make ethical decisions in the ethical differences in which they live. Furthermore, the development of ethical codes and standards covering all individuals working in the field of women’s health in our country’s conditions will be effective in the prevention of ethical violations. In light of this information, the current ethical issues in the field of women’s health and the laws concerning women’s health have been discussed in this collection.
