Abstract:

This research was done to compare the different variables of the attitudes and levels of students who are a licensed athlete from students studying at Mardin Artuklu University in terms of physical education and sports. A total of 183 students participated in the study. For the measurement of student attitudes, the body education and sports attitude scale, which is developed by Demirhan and Altay (2001) consisting of a total of 24 articles, has been used. The Cronbach Alpha reliability ratio for the measurement is 0.91, and the measurement validity ratio is 0.79. Data analysis uses two-factor variance analysis (Two-Way ANOVA) for independent groups. The Tukey Test is used to determine which group the difference is derived from. The research resulted in an analysis of the attitude scores of graduate athletes studying at the university above the average, a statistical difference between students was found. As a result of the study, a statistically significant difference was found in the benefit of students who have an athletic license when the study was conducted by students who are active in sports. by p<0.05 Depending on the study status variable, it shows that there are no significant differences between the average score they get between attitude and level. As a result, the age of students increased, the attitude points also increased.
