Bu çalışmada ülkemizde faaliyet gösteren ve aynı zamanda BİST100’de işlem gören Holding şirketlerinin performanslarının çok kriterli karar verme yöntemleri ile değerlendirilmesi çalışılmıştır. Türkiye’de faaliyet gösteren 15 holding şirketlerinin 2008-2017 dönemlerine ait mali tablolarından finansal oranlara ait veriler elde edilmiştir. Finansal Performans ölçümünde dikkate alınan kriterler, uzman görüşlerine göre elde edilen veriler kullanılarak, Entropi yöntemi ile ağırlıklandırılmıştır. Ardından TOPSİS yöntemi ile holdinglere ait finansal performans sıralama sonuçları ortaya konulmuştur.
In this study, the performance of holding companies that operate in our country and are also traded in BIST100 is assessed by multiple criteria decision-making methods. The financial statements of 15 holding companies operating in Turkey for the period 2008-2017 have been obtained. The criteria taken into consideration in the measurement of financial performance, using the data obtained according to the expert opinions, are emphasized by the Entropic method. Then the TOPSIS method and the financial performance rankings of holdings were revealed.
