Personel Güçlendirmenin Örgütsel Bağlılık ve Örgütsel Vatandaşlık Davranışına Etkisi: Akademisyenler Üzerine Bir Araştırma

Abstract:

Bu çalışmada, personel güçlendirmenin, örgütsel bağlılık ve örgütsel vatandaşlık davranışına etkisinin belirlenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Ayrıca personel güçlendirme, örgütsel bağlılık ve örgütsel vatandaşlık davranışının demografik faktörler açısından farklılık gösterip göstermediğini tespit etmektir. Araştırmada veri toplama yöntemi olarak anket kullanılmıştır. Yapılan korelasyon analizinin sonucuna göre, personel güçlendirme boyutlarından anlam, serbesti ve etki ile örgütsel bağlılık arasında anlamlı düzeyde pozitif yönlü zayıf bir ilişki, yetkinlik boyutu ile örgütsel bağlılık arasında anlamlı düzeyde negatif yönlü zayıf bir ilişki olduğu tespit edilmiştir.Bununla birlikte personel güçlendirme boyutlarından anlam, serbesti, yetkinlik ve etki ile örgütsel vatandaşlık davranışı arasında anlamlı düzeyde pozitif yönlü zayıf bir ilişki olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Regresyon analizinin sonuçlarına göre, örgütsel bağlılık ve örgütsel vatandaşlık davranışı değişkenliği personel güçlendirme boyutlarından etkilenmektedir.

In this study, it was aimed to determine the effect of empowerment between organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behaviour. For this purpose, questionnaire was applied people working in Kilis 7 Aralık University. As a result of correlation analyzes, it was determined that has been found a weak positive relationship between meaning, impact, self-determination and organizational commitment and a weak negative relationship between competence and organizational commitment. However, it was determined that has been found a weak positive relationship between meaning, impact, self-determination, competence and organizational citizenship behaviour. According to the results of the regression analysis, organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behaviour are affected by the variability of empowerment dimensions.
