Abstract:

The transition to an information society in education and science, requires modern intelligent information technologies: educational portals, electronic chair, adaptive systems of distance learning. Therefore, this article describes the main functional tasks and identifies the main principles of construction the system of electronic control of the chair, and also one of its important components – electronic library, for further development proposals to improve the system management of the chair the university.
