Abstract:

Türkiye, Dünya'daki son gelişmeler ve ülkenin sosyal-ekonomik gelişiminin meydana getirdiği yeni şartlar nedeniyle bir yandan "göç alan" diğer yandan ise gelen göçmenlere "geçiş alanı" yaratan bir ülke konumuna gelerek daha kalıcı bir göçmen nüfusa ev sahipliği yapar hale gelmiştir. Bu yönde, yakın gelecekte uluslararası göç meselesiyle çok daha fazla uğraşmak durumunda kalacak olan Türkiye'de insanların bugünden göç, yabancı göçmen, mülteci, sığınmacı meselesine bakışları önem arz etmektedir. Dolayısıyla, bu makalede Dünya'da ve Türkiye'de göç, yabancı göçmen meselesine bakış noktasında ipuçları sunan birtakım araştırma verileri ve özellikle bugün için yoğun bir Suriyeli mülteci akınıyla karşılaşan Türkiye'de "internet temelli bazı blog ve forum ortamları"nda mültecilere yönelik inşa edilen tutumların somut söylemlere yansıma şekline dair bazı örneklerin birlikte değerlendirilmesi amaçlanmıştır. Bu yönde yabancı göçmenlerin ve özellikle de son dönemdeki Suriyeli mültecilerin konumlarının yerel halktaki yansıma biçimlerine odaklanılarak, Türkiye'de insanların göç ve yabancı göçmen, mülteci meselesine nasıl yaklaştığı, söz konusu olgunun toplumda yarattığı algıların ne boyutta olabileceği irdelenmeye çalışılmıştır. Because of the recent developments in the World and the new requirements of the country's social-economic developments, Turkey came to the position which creates a "transit area" to immigrants and on the other hand "migration-receiving" country. Therefore, Turkey become a hosting of a more permanent immigrant population. In this regard, Turkey will have to deal with the issue of international migration in the near future much more. Thus, it's important how the people evaluate the issue of immigration, foreign immigrants, refugees and asylum seekers today. Hence, in this article, some research results which offering some tips to how the people evaluate the issue of immigration and foreign immigrants in the World and Turkey have been analyzed. In addition, some examples of the concrete discourse and actions in some internet-basedmediablogand forum which reflects theattitudes of the people constructing towards the refugeesin Turkey which faced with a heavy influx of Syrian refugees today is examined.In this respect, it's focused on the issue of how the local community affected by the Syrian refugees. Therefore, the issue of how the people evaluate the immigration, foreign immigrants and refugees in Turkey and the perception in society created by these phenomena is tried to be examined.
