ALGILANAN İŞ STRESİ, PSİKOLOJİK DAYANIKLILIK, BAŞA ÇIKMA STİLLERİ VE ÖZ-DUYARLILIĞIN TÜKENMİŞLİK DÜZEYİNİ YORDAYICI ETKİSİ

Abstract:

Bu çalışmanın amacı, algılanan iş stresi düzeyi, psikolojik dayanıklılık seviyesi, kullanılan başa çıkma stilleri ve öz-duyarlılık değişkenlerinin tükenmişlik düzeyini yordama gücünün araştırılmasıdır. Çalışmanın ikincil amacı ise, algılanan iş stresi ile tükenmişlik düzeyi arasındaki ilişkide psikolojik dayanıklılık, stresle başa çıkma stilleri ve öz-duyarlılığın aracılık rollerinin incelenmesidir. Araştırmanın örneklemi, İzmir ilinde görev yapan toplam 130 özel güvenlik görevlisinden oluşmuştur. Veri toplama araçları olarak, Demografik Bilgi Formu, Algılanan İş Stresi Ölçeği, Maslach Tükenmişlik Ölçeği, Yetişkinler İçin Psikolojik Dayanıklılık Ölçeği, Baş Etme Stilleri Ölçeği ve Öz-Duyarlılık Ölçeği kullanılmıştır. Yapılan analizlerin sonucunda, algılanan iş stresi düzeyi, problem odaklı başa çıkma stili, duygu odaklı başa çıkma stili, öz-duyarlılık ve psikolojik dayanıklılığın alt boyutu olan sosyal yeterliliğin tükenmişlik düzeyi varyansının % 55’ini açıkladığı saptanmıştır. Ek olarak, problem odaklı başa çıkma stratejisi, öz-duyarlılık ve sosyal yeterlilik değişkenlerinin her birinin algılanan iş stresi ile tükenmişlik düzeyi arasındaki ilişkide kısmi aracılık rollerinin olduğu gözlenmiştir.

Abstract:

The objective of this study is to investigate the level of detected work stress, the level of psychological resilience, the styles of dealing used and the ability of self-sensitivity variables to exhaust the level of exhaust. The secondary objective of the study is to study the role of psychological resistance in the relationship between the detected work stress and the exhaust level, the styles of dealing with stress and the intermediate roles of self-sensitivity. The study included a total of 130 special security officers in the province of İzmir. As data collection tools, the Demographic Information Form, the Detected Business Stress Scale, the Maslach Extinction Scale, the Adult Psychological Resistance Scale, the Resistance Styles Scale, and the Self-Consciousness Scale were used. The results of the analyses found that the detected work stress level, problem-focused dealing style, emotional-focused dealing style, self-sensitivity and psychological resilience are the lower dimensions of the social capacity, which revealed 55% of the variation of the exhaust level. Additionally, the problem-focused dealing strategy, self-sensitivity and social skill variables have been observed to have a partial mediation role in the relationship between the perceived work stress and the exhaust level.

The Predictive Effects Of Perceived Work Stress, Psychological Resilience, Coping Styles and Self-compassion On Burnout Level

Abstract:

The aim of this study was to investigate the predictive power of perceived work stress, psychological resilience, coping styles and self-compassion on burnout level. The second aim of this study was to examine the mediation roles of psychological resilience, coping styles and self-compassion between perceived work stress and bornout level. The sample of the research was composed of 130 private security officers who worked in İzmir province. Demographic Information Form, Coping Strategies Scale, Maslach Burnout Scale, Psychological Resilience Scale for Adults and Self-Compassion Scale were used to obtain the data. As a result of the analysis it was located that perceived work stress, problem-focused coping strategy, emotion-focused coping strategy, self-compassion and social competence explained 55% of the variance in burnout. Moreover, it was monitored that problem-focused coping strategy, self-compassion and social competence were found to partially mediate the relations between work stress and burnout.
