So many results that aren't mine?
References in many bibliographies are sometimes referred to as "Surname, I", so the citations of academics whose Surname and initials are the same may occasionally interfere. This problem is often the case with citation indexes all over the world.
How can I see only citations to my article?
After searching the name of your article, you can see the references to the article you selected as soon as you click on the details section.

Abstract:

In this study, it was aimed to determine the relationship between intellectual capital and teacher’s job satisfaction. This study used a survey-based correlational design. The sample of this research consists of 252 teachers in 37 schools that were selected randomly with the cluster sampling method from the primary schools in Hatay’s Kırıkhan district in the 2016-2017 academic year. Data of this study were collected by “Intellectual Capital Scale” and “Job Satisfaction Scale”. Analyses of this study was performed with the program of SPSS. According to the findings of regression analyses, intellectual capital levels of schools positively predict teachers’ job satisfaction. While human capital and structural capital facets of intellectual capital don’t significantly predict teachers’ job satisfaction, relational capital facet significantly predicts. It may be beneficial for school managers to invest in developing and strengthening intellectual capital of teachers, if they want teachers’ job satisfaction to increase.
