Turkey has come under the influence of a very important process of reform after the 2000s. Factors affecting this reform process is known as the concept of globalization and very important external forces too. The European Union (EU) is accepted as the most important of these external forces . Because within the framework of the EU full membership goal, Turkey has accelerated harmonization with the EU acquis since the 2000s. In this context, this work with the existing EU regional policy effects on public administration practices in Turkey is aimed to make an assessment on.The assumption of work is that EU regional policy has led to significant changes on Turkish public administration structure. In the result of this study has understood that Development Agencies are important examples of reform in Turkey in the context of EU regional policy.
