The aim of this study is to determine the relationship between the leadership styles of the school administrators and the organizational justice perceptions of teachers The style of leadership of school administrators has a significant effect on the gaining process of organizational justice for teachers The study group of this research model was formed with 200 volunteer primary school teachers who work in Samsun city center ?Organizational Justice Scale? Taşdan Yılmaz 2008 and ?The Leadership Style Questionnaire? Oğuz 2008 were used as the data collecting instruments in the study For the data analysis descriptive statistics independent samples t test Kruskal Wallis test Mann Whitney u test and correlation analysis were used According to the findings obtained from the study the participants had positive perceptions about organizational justice at elementary schools Their perceptions on organizational justice differ according to branch and educational background whereas they did not across gender seniority There was a significant positive relationship between the organizational justice perceptions of teachers and transactional and transformational leadership styles of school administrators
