İt is important to what extent compliance provided to Basel II Accord, as pursued intensive works of Basel III regulations which concluded ones is published one after another during the current global financial crisis. After all, Basel II regulations do not eliminate Basel II Accord it carries partial changes and new additions considered to be important. Changing and revolving financial system and instruments with the crisis, cause differing development to capital adequacy of international regulations. In this context, the banking sector of Turkey with strong and healthy financial structure to reduce the effect on future crises need to adapt to the regulations in question arises.
