Abstract:

The social and economic structure of Şaphane village in State of Hüdavendigar(Bursa), Kütahya District, has got 61 home and 395 population . Şaphane village in the year 1261 (Hijri)/1844 (Gregorian) has been used of the income register numbered 17744. The peoples have been lived in this village on agriculture and animal husbandry. İn This village have been grown vetch wheat, barley, melaz. Besides In the period cattle, sheep, goats, have been raised in Şaphane village. Morever these village , mining,beekeeping was important things. Also, there were millers ,sellers of drinking water ,sellers of yoğurt .For one thing , agriculture and animal breeding incomes were given in this study.Finally , private taxes and Aşar (öşür) were studied and their tax were cointed
