The aim of this study is to investigate the relationship between participative organizational climate perception and organizational devotion and to examine the mediating role of psychological empowerment on this relationship. In addition, the moderating roles of job security and self-perception on the relationship between psychological empowerment and organizational devotion were tested. For this purpose, an empirical study was conducted on 280 teachers working at different public primary schools and high schools in Istanbul. The results of this study revealed that there is a positive and significant relation between participative climate and organizational devotion and psychological empowerment significantly mediated this relationship. It was also reported that perceived job security and self-perception had significant moderating roles on the relationship between psychological empowerment and organizational devotion
