So many results that aren't mine?

Abstract:

Local governments are important and indispensable units of public administration. The number of local governments’ services is increasing with rapid urbanization and migration resulting from population growth. Local governments are supposed to have regular financial resources to fulfill their services. In many countries, there are different function/service and income distribution systems between central government and local governments. In this study, function/service and income distribution subjects in local governments will be discussed by examining France and Turkey samples. The aim of this study is to examine the role of municipalities in financial relationship between central government and local governments
