So many results that aren't mine?
References in many bibliographies are sometimes referred to as "Surname, I", so the citations of academics whose Surname and initials are the same may occasionally interfere. This problem is often the case with citation indexes all over the world.
How can I see only citations to my article?
After searching the name of your article, you can see the references to the article you selected as soon as you click on the details section.

Abstract:

In this study, it is aimed to determine the relationship between the job satisfaction and the self-efficacy perceptions of the secondary school principals. The correlational survey model was used in the study. 329 secondary school principals participated in the study. In the study, the 'Job Satisfaction Scale' developed by the researcher and the 'Self-Sufficiency Perceptions Scale of School Principals' developed by Tschannen-Moran and Gareis (2004) were adapted to Turkish by the researcher. According to the results of the study, it has been determined that the participants have 'mostly' in the sense of administrative, instructional and ethical self-efficacy. Likewise, participants have 'mostly' in the sense of general self-efficacy. Participants were found to have a low level of individual and organizational job satisfaction. In addition, participants' general job satisfaction level is also 'low'. However, administrative, instructional and ethical self-efficacy differ significantly according to gender, educational status, school type and professional experience. In addition, positive relationship between organizational job satisfaction and managerial self-efficacy, individual job satisfaction, and instructional and ethical self-efficacy were found to be moderately and meaningful.
