Bu çalışmanın temel amacı, girişimcilik niyetinin risk alma eğilimi ve alt boyutları ile ilişkisinin incelenmesi olarak belirlenmiştir. Bu kapsamda, ilk bölümde girişimcilik, girişimcilik niyeti, risk ve risk algısı kavramları açıklanmaya çalışılmıştır. Çalışmanın uygulama kısmında, Erzurum’da bulunan 289 girişimciye yüz yüze görüşme yöntemi ile anket uygulanmıştır. Girişimcilik niyeti ve risk algısı ilişkisine dair literatüre yer verilerek bu doğrultuda çalışmaya ilişkin hipotezler oluşturulmuştur. Geliştirilen hipotezler ise uygun istatistiksel yöntemlerle analiz edilmiştir. Sonuç olarak; genel risk alma eğiliminin, sosyal risk alma eğiliminin, ekonomik risk alma eğiliminin ve kari-yer riski alma eğiliminin girişimcilik niyeti üzerinde etkili olduğu tespit edilmiştir.
The main objective of this study was to study the tendency of entrepreneurship to take risks and the relationship with its subdimensions. In this context, in the first part, we have been trying to explain the concepts of entrepreneurship, entrepreneurship intention, risk and risk perception. In the implementation of the study, 289 entrepreneurs located in Erzurum were surveyed with the face-to-face interview method. The literature on the relationship between entrepreneurial intention and risk perception has created hypotheses about working in this direction. The hypotheses developed were analyzed by appropriate statistical methods. As a result, it has been found that the overall risk-taking tendency, the social risk-taking tendency, the economic risk-taking tendency and the career risk-taking tendency have an impact on the entrepreneurial intention.
