So many results that aren't mine?
References in many bibliographies are sometimes referred to as "Surname, I", so the citations of academics whose Surname and initials are the same may occasionally interfere. This problem is often the case with citation indexes all over the world.
How can I see only citations to my article?
After searching the name of your article, you can see the references to the article you selected as soon as you click on the details section.

Abstract:

The separationist rebellions in the Ottoman Empire did start from the beginning of the 19th C. The Bulgarians who lived under the adminıstration of the Ottomans rebelled against them under the influence of the Russians. As a result, a conflict rose among the Macedonian Greek, Bulgarian and Serbs. The entrance of the Russia into this conflict changed it into an international subject. To obtain their goals, the Bulgarians and Serbs constructed different terror organizations and some terrorist attacks took place in the Macedonia. This paper examines the coverage of Macedonian Rebellion in the content of the British and American new papers published in 1903, between August and October. The newspapers reveal some information about both the reasons for the beginning of the Macedonian Rebellion and the role of Russia and Austria in that.
