Abstract:

In this study, one of the children’s literature writers, Yalvaç Ural’s “La Fonten Forest Court” work, which we address as an example, has been studied in terms of children’s literature. This study is an image-specific research and is carried out on the basis of the document examination method from scanning models. The subjects processed in these works, the content and the thoughts desired to be given, the child’s education and literature are studied in terms of the external structure and interior characteristics. As external structural characteristics; the book has been studied in terms of size, paper, page layout, painting, cover-leather and letters. It is also the characteristic of the inner structure; the theme, the subject, the language and the narrative, the heroes are studied in terms of. The work has also been evaluated in terms of the educational principles that should be followed in the children's book. The author’s work has been found that the original use of the language, the phrase and the two-titled groups are intensively processed. It is therefore the conclusion that the work has a very rich content in terms of contribution to language development on children. In light of all these data, Yalvaç Ural’s study “La Fonten Forest Court” concluded that a number of valuable judgments were processed and that this work was among the sources that should be used in terms of child literature.
