In Topkapı Palace tile panels in 17th century is the most important in terms of illustrate design of age.The used designs and compositions are similar to each other whereas colours used have different features used before the century in tile panels. Tile panels the Harem in Topkapı Palace suffered a great damage due to the 1665 fire in the Topkapı Palace. Restored tile panels illustrated the characteristic and extraordinary features of Iznik- Kütahya tiles in 17th Century as in tecnique, colour and composition. Iznik and Kütahya significant tile center in this ages. In this ateliers was produced for structures of age. Not only İznik and Kütahya but as well Ehl-i İref Organization ın Topkapı Palace are the most important in term of developing of design. In this study, in Topkapı Palace in the 17th Century tile panels designs were assumed to be as comperatively and similar examples were assumed to be in 16.century.
