Abstract:

Bu çalışmada, sürdürülebilir rekabet üstünlüğü sağlamada yenilik yeteneğinin rolü değerlendirilmektedir. İrdelenen iki kavram arasındaki koparılamaz bağıntının ortaya konulması mikro ölçekte olduğu kadar makro ölçekte de önem taşımaktadır. Günümüz dünyasınınbüyük güç belirleyicisi olarak yenilik yeteneği derecesi, ülkelerin iktisadi ve sosyal refahlarının da belirleyicilerindendir. Çalışmada öncelikle, artan küreselleşme eğilimleri ile birlikte yeni bir anlam kazanmış olan rekabet olgusu, yenilik (inovasyon) kavramı içerisinde irdelenmektedir. Ülkeler açısından rekabet gücünün sürdürülebilir bir üstünlük haline getirilebilmesinde ülkelerin yenilik yeteneklerinin ve bu yeteneklerini geliştirebilme derecelerinin oldukça önemli olduğu sonucuna varılmıştır.
