So many results that aren't mine?
References in many bibliographies are sometimes referred to as "Surname, I", so the citations of academics whose Surname and initials are the same may occasionally interfere. This problem is often the case with citation indexes all over the world.

Abstract:

Increasing competition has led business organizations to focus their attention on the concept of quality more than ever before For companies trying to perfect quality dimension in both production and management processes human factor is becoming increasingly important Contemporary management approaches consider the organization’s human resource as the most critical element in its endeavor to increase organizational effectiveness Perceiving people as the critical factor of the organizational effectiveness therefore have made managers turn their attention to the phenomena of culture in theory and practice Businesses with an awareness of culture gained certain advantages over their rivals Both effective use of existing resource and proper application of managerial functions and proper application of managerial functions in a sense required the culture of people to be studied and understood if the organization wants to develop competitive advantages Culture and conflict are closely related concepts; in that culture affects the way people deal with conflict or conflicting situations Business organizations can use the information concerning culture in order to predict how their employees would respond to conflict and conflicting situations In this study efforts have been made to relate organization’s culture and conflict so that employees could be placed in units and positions consistent with their culture related characteristics and task requirements Keywords: Organizational Culture Conflict Conflict Responses
