Abstract:

In organizational behavior literature the fit between employees and the organizational values is called the person organization fit Research in organizational behavior field about person organization fit showed that a high level of fit creates benefit for both employees and organizations In this context the aim of this study is to explore the impacts of the person organization fit on organizational commitment and job performance of employees who are working in an industrial factory which is producing consumer food So the survey applied on 78 employees in factory Our findings support literature Keywords: Personal and Organizational Values Congruence Organizational Commitment Job Performance Industrial Organization Emprical Study
