So many results that aren't mine?

Başarılı Bir Örgütsel Değişimin Gerçekleştirilmesinde Dönüştürücü Liderliğin Rolü

Abstract:

Çalışmada, örgütsel değişimin gerçekleştirilmesinde dönüştürücü liderliğin rolü incelemiştir. Öncelikle değişim ve örgütsel değişim ele alınarak örgütsel değişimin kavramsal değerlendirilmesi yapılmıştır. Daha sonra dönüştürücü liderliğin kavramsal değerlendirilmesi yapılarak, değişim süreci ve değişim sürecinde dönüştürücü liderde bulunması gereken davranışsal özellikler ele alınmış ve dönüştürücü liderliğin rolüne ilişkin bir kamu üniversitesindeki orta ve alt kademe yöneticileri düzeyinde uygulama yapılmıştır. Anket sonucunda dönüştürücü liderlerin örgütsel değişimin başlatılmasında, sürdürülmesinde, dondurulmasında ve değişimin gerçekleştirilmesinde pozitif etkisinin olup olmadığı belirlenmeye çalışılmıştır
