So many results that aren't mine?

Abstract:

Global pazarlarda faaliyet gösteren işletmelerin başarısındakiönemli faktör, hedef alınan dış pazarlarda, ihtiyaçların karşılanma biçiminin ve talep edilecek mal ve hizmetlerin neler olduğunun bilinmesidir. Bu çalışma, global pazarlarda kültürün tüketici davranışlarına etkisini ve işletmelerin başarısındaki önemini ele alan bir araştırma sürecinin birinci aşaması ve teorik kısmıdır. Bu çalışmanın ikinci aşaması ise, Türk ve Alman tüketicilerinin pazar gelenekleri, değerleri, algılama ve değerlendirme biçimleri ile tüketim tercihlerini inceleyen bir alan araştırmasını kapsamaktadır Araştırmanın birinci aşamasını oluşturan bu çalışmada, değişik ülkelerden farklı kültür örnekleri verilerek, çokuluslu işletmelerin kültürel farklılıklardan kaynaklanan pazarlama hataları sunulmaktadır

Abstract:

An important factor in the success of companies operating in the global markets is the knowledge of the way the needs are met and what the goods and services are to be demanded in the targeted foreign markets. This study is the first stage and the theoretical part of a research process that discusses the impact of culture on consumer behavior in global markets and the importance of business success. The second phase of this study covers a field research that studies the market traditions, values, perception and assessment forms and consumer preferences of Turkish and German consumers in this study, which constitutes the first phase of the study, gives different cultural examples from different countries, offers marketing errors caused by cultural differences of multinational.
