Abstract:

Abstract On his ideas, behaviors and preferences of human beings as social entities, environmental conditions have a determinant effect. Environmental conditions, in which human beings are born and live, have effects on political sphere as they have on other spheres. The fact of migration resting of change of localization has a great effect on political sphere since it carries multi-dimensional relations in its structure. At effects of migration on political sphere, reasons for migration are important as much as quantitative aspects. People who are coerced to migrate because of political reasons, experience socialization and polarization processes which differ from the people who migrate voluntarily. At political preferences studies in Turkey after transition to multi-party system, one of the election districts which must be analyzed preferably is maybe Southeastern Anatolian Region. Because, election results from 1990 to recent dates, differ from several dimensions. Analyze of these differences from the perspective of coerced migration in general and especially town discharges is expected to have positive effects to political sphere in the country and to the future of democracy in the country.
