So many results that aren't mine?
References in many bibliographies are sometimes referred to as "Surname, I", so the citations of academics whose Surname and initials are the same may occasionally interfere. This problem is often the case with citation indexes all over the world.
How can I see only citations to my article?
After searching the name of your article, you can see the references to the article you selected as soon as you click on the details section.

Abstract:

Abstract Bu çalışmada, liderin algılanan farklı güç kaynaklarının çalışanların görev ve bağlamsal performansları üzerindeki etkisi ve bu süreçte Pelz etkisinin biçimleyici rolü araştırılmıştır. Pelz etkisi, liderin etkililiğinin ve çalışanları örgütsel amaç başarımlarına yöneltme gücünün liderin kendi üstlerini etkileme, kendini üstlerine dinletebilme ve onlardan stratejik bilgileri edinebilme gücünden bağımsız olarak ele alınamayacağını iddia eden bir önermedir. Bu bağlamda, liderin kullandığı farklı güç kaynakları (meşru, ödüllendirme, zorlayıcı, uzmanlık-bilgi, karizmatik) ile iş performansını oluşturan görev ve bağlamsal performans arasındaki farklılaşan ilişkiler Pelz etkisi bağlamında kamu sektöründe çalışan 195 kişiden toplanan veriler ışığında sınanmış ve Pelz etkisinin, algılanan ödüllendirme gücü, uzmanlık-bilgi gücü ve karizmatik güç ile görev performansı arasındaki ilişkilerde biçimleyici rol oynadığı tespit edilmiştir.

The role of the regulator of the PELZ effect in the relationship between the leadership’s power sources and work performance
2018
Author:
Abstract:

Abstract In this study, the influence of the leadership’s perception of different power sources on employees’ tasks and contextual performance and the formative role of the Pelz effect in this process was studied. The Pelz effect is a proposal that claims that the effectiveness of a leader and the power to direct employees to the achievements of organizational objectives cannot be addressed independently of the leader’s ability to influence themselves, listen to themselves and get strategic information from them. In this context, the differentiated relationships between the different power sources used by the leader (legal, rewarding, compelling, expertise-knowledge, charismatic) and the work performance forming task and contextual performance have been tested in the light of data collected from 195 people working in the public sector in the context of the Pelz effect and it has been found that the Pelz effect plays a formative role in the relationships between the recognized rewarding power, expertise-knowledge power and charismatic power and task performance.
