Abstract:

According to the Balanced Scorecard named as “corporate performance scorecard”, corporate performance, finance, customer, internal processes, learning and development must be evaluated with dimensions. Balanced Scorecard proposes that businesses are supposed to be managed with a strategic management system mainly based on measurement and evaluation. This study aims to present the model objectives, criteria and the process that guides about how to build up the corporate performance (Balanced Scorecard) method in thermal tourism businesses. The data forming the contend of inquiry has been ontained by interview technique among the quality inquiry methods. Under the light of obtained data, sample aims and samples measures to test these aims that can be used during forming their own institutionally balanced scorecards are presented as individual tables. As a result, it is shown in this work that institutionally balanced scorecards are a convenient, valuable, and sufficient model to be used in thermal tourism businesses
