So many results that aren't mine?
References in many bibliographies are sometimes referred to as "Surname, I", so the citations of academics whose Surname and initials are the same may occasionally interfere. This problem is often the case with citation indexes all over the world.

Abstract:

In this article, three problems that play an active role in the understanding of the fifteenth verse of Surah Hajj are examined. These three problems are: 1. The determination of subject that is meant with the preposition of “مَنْ” that is the first word of verse. 2. The determination of subject that is meant with the preposition of “هُ”. 3. Understanding of felyemdüd bi sebebin ile’s-semâi (فَلْيَمْدُدْ بِسَبَبٍ اِلَى السَّمَٓاءِ) compound in the verse. Approaches of commentators with regard to solution of problem are in two ways: i. The Approach which is based on the reason of revelation ii. The Approach which is based on the context of verse. Ancient Muslim theologians and scholars embraced the idea of following up the reason of revelation because of the fact that they think the relevant verse is understood correctly by this method. As for that contemporary theologians and scholars, they have two different approaches. Some of them comment the relevant verse with regard to the reason of revelation while the others comment with regard to the context of verse. Consequently, Muslim theologians and scholars who follow up idea of  the reason of revelation about the problems as mentioned above think that it is meant Gataf and Asad tribes with the preposition of (من) and is meant the Prophet, the religion of Islam and every body who support Islamic religion with the pronoun of hû (ه). According to Muslim theologians and scholars who embrace the idea of siyak-sibai relationship think that a hesitant person who has a belief in faith-denial limits is meant with preposition of (مَنْ  ) in the verse  and every body who despairs of Allah’s help and thinks that Allah will not give him or her sustenance is meant with the pronoun of hû (هُ) in the verse. There are different opinions about the meaning of felyemdüd bi sebebin ile’s-semâi (فَلْيَمْدُدْ بِسَبَبٍ اِلَى السَّمَٓاءِ) compound in the verse between commentators. When explaining mentioned verse, different interpretations of commentators and varied criterias which are put forward show that, when considering the verses, not only the reason of revelation but also the context of them should be analyzed owing to the fact that the verses have been organized by the use of revelation.
