was carried out a survey on 144 person which have worked in Sugar Refinery in Kars, using Questionnaire of Organizational Commitment Scale which developed by Allen and Meyer. Data that obtained from the survey was analyzed and evaluated by Independent Samples T Test, Tamhane’s T2 Test, Tukey ve Anova Tests, with the help of SPSS 20 programme. According to findings obtained from the sample, there was defined that individual’s organizational commitment attitude has no a meaninful difference for age, marital status, education and status, but it shows a meaningful difference for monthly income which is the lowest income group
