Abstract:

While examining of Old Oghuz Turkish Texts, “et-/it-” and “kıl-” verbs are encountering always have been used together despite have been differ from each work in terms of usage frequency and prefer interchange together many time. How gone on the usage frequency of “et-/it-” verb belongs to Oghuz and “kıl-” verb belongs to other Turks ever since we saw together in works in the historical period? Is this usage frequency a randomly phenomenon ranging from author to author or work to work otherwise is there a systematic in itself? If there is a systematic in itself, what could be reasons of this? İn this study, it will be sought to answer the above questions and will be discussed that usage frequency of “et-/it-” and “kıl-” verbs will be beachmark or not on the datıng of Old Anatolian Turkish text uncertain writing or copied dating
