Abstract:

This study seeks to present and explain the trand of postmodernism which emerged in the last guarter of the twentieth century. Its beginnings and former use in art and architecture is explaned in short. The rivalry between Lyotard and Habermas in the field of philosophy. The care of continuity between Modernism is stutied. The smulakr consept of Jean Baudrillard and his views concerning the negative offects of television are emphasized. Morewer, the views againts liberalism and etatism along with how radical democracy gained importance is studied under political postmodernism. Special emphasis is responsibility in politics
